We want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor purchase. Due to the nature of these products (fragile items, custom finishes, assembly), please review this policy carefully.
Return Window & Condition
You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in new, unused condition, in their original, undamaged packaging with all parts and accessories intact.
Non-Returnable Items & Conditions

Used or damaged items: Paintings that have been hung; shelves that have been assembled or installed; decorative items that show signs of use.

Custom or special order items: Cannot be returned unless defective.

Final sale items: Marked "Clearance," "As-Is," or "Final Sale."

Missing/damaged packaging: Items must be returned with original packaging intact.

Items damaged due to customer misuse or accidents.
Return Process & Fees

Contact us for a Return Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days. Returns without RMA will not be accepted.

Pack items securely in original packaging with all protective materials. Paintings must be carefully wrapped; shelves disassembled if applicable.

Customer pays return shipping. For larger items (shelves, framed art), costs may be significant. We recommend trackable, insured shipping.

A 15% restocking fee may apply.

Refund issued within 10 business days after receipt and inspection. Original shipping fees non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your package immediately upon delivery. Contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the damage and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Color & Material Variations
Due to differences in monitor settings, lighting, and manufacturing processes (handmade items, natural wood, art prints), actual colors and finishes may vary slightly. These minor variations are not considered defects.
