  • Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices anytime.

  • Many items are handmade or hand-finished – slight variations add to their unique character.

  • We may cancel orders due to inventory limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

Shelves:

  • Proper installation is your responsibility. Use appropriate wall anchors for your wall type.

  • Do not exceed weight capacity.

  • Follow assembly instructions carefully. Improper installation can result in property damage or injury.

Decorative Paintings:

  • Ensure proper hanging using appropriate hardware for wall type and artwork weight.

  • Keep away from direct sunlight, moisture, and heat sources.

Small Decorative Items:

  • Keep small items away from young children (choking hazard).

  • Handle fragile items with care.

3. Intellectual Property
All artwork is protected by copyright. Purchase does not transfer reproduction rights.

4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from product use or misuse (e.g., improper installation, breakage, natural variations).

Governed by laws of the state in which seller is based.
