Shipping Policy

1. Processing
Orders processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Processing: 1-3 business days.

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
Contiguous US only. Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx; larger shelves may ship via freight.

3. Costs & Delivery
Calculated at checkout. Free standard shipping on qualifying orders. Delivery estimates: 5-10 business days.

4. Packaging

  • Paintings: Boxed with corner protectors, bubble wrap; marked "Fragile."

  • Shelves: Flat-pack boxes with protective padding; hardware included.

  • Small Items: Individually wrapped with bubble wrap; boxed with cushioning.

5. Damage Claims
Inspect external box upon delivery. If damaged, note with carrier and take photos. Contact us within 48 hours with photos. Keep all packaging.

6. Order Changes
Cancel/modify within 24 hours. Orders shipped cannot be canceled.
